That it BE NOTED that the Mayor's Proposed Budget was provided to each member of Council, the City Clerk, and the public on October 28, 2024.

That, on the recommendation of the Deputy City Manager, Finance Supports, the following actions be taken: a) the Reconciliation of the Property Tax, Water and the Wastewater and Treatment Budgets to the Public Sector Accounting Board Financial Statement Budget (“Reconciliation”) as presented in the Mayor’s Tabled Budget for Council’s Consideration – 2025 Annual Budget Update (appended to the staff report dated October 29, 2024 as Appendix "A") BE RECEIVED for information; b) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to update the Reconciliation based on final budget decisions and to publish it within the adopted 2025 Annual Budget Update document; c) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to bring forward any necessary by-laws regarding the tax levy for introduction at Municipal Council; and d) the 2025 Annual Budget Update Presentation (as appended to the staff report as Appendix "B") BE RECEIVED for information.
