That the following actions be taken with respect to Standing Committee and Council Meetings and Councillor Members' Expense Accounts and supports: a) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to circulate a questionnaire to current Members of Council seeking their input on the following matters: i) the potential scheduling of Standing Committee and Council Meetings during day-time hours and other recommendations that they may have with respect to the scheduling and the holding of Meetings; and, ii) enhanced or alternative supports for Councillors, including, but not limited to budgetary and staffing and support; and, b) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED report back to the Governance Working Group on how comparable municipalities schedule Standing Committee and Council Meetings and budgetary and staffing supports provided to Councillors; it being noted that the Governance Working Group (GWG) received the Council Resolution dated April 14, 2021 and the communication dated April 13, 2021 from William H. Brock with respect to this matter.
