That, the following actions be taken with respect to the Advisory Committee Review: a) the report dated January 11, 2021 entitled "Advisory Committee Review - Interim Report IV", BE RECEIVED; b) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to proceed with drafting revised Terms of References for Advisory Committees based on the proposed changes set out in staff report dated November 10, 2020 entitled "Advisory Committee Review - Interim Report III", incorporating additional direction from the Municipal Council and the Governance Working Group; and, c) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to circulate the draft revised Terms of References noted in b) above, to the Advisory Committees for input and to report back to the Governance Working Group with the draft revised Terms of Reverence and comments received from the Advisory Committees.
