That, on the recommendation of the Deputy City Manager, Finance Supports, the following actions be taken with respect to Build Communities Strong Fund Provincial and Territorial Stream: Development Charge Reduction Program: b) the Civic Administration BE DIRECTED to submit an application for the Development Charge Reduction Program through the Build Communities Strong Fund’s Provincial and Territorial stream, noting that the deadline for applications is Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; it being noted that a Transfer Payment Agreement for funding through this program will be brought forward for Council’s consideration if the City is successful in its application;
