That the Planning and Environment Committee convenes In Closed Session to consider the following: A matter pertaining to advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, from the solicitor and officers or employees of the Corporation and litigation or potential litigation, with respect to appeals related to 1156 Dundas Street at the Ontario Land Tribunal (“OLT”) and for the purpose of providing instructions and directions to officers and employees of the Corporation.
